The Fourth Ward offers a wide range of residential options to fit all budgets and lifestyle preferences. The following list comprises condominiums, apartments, and multi-family buildings whose HOAs actively support FOFW, Residents accrue the benefits of FOFW membership. If your building is not on the list, please contact FOFW.  You can also pay your dues here.   Multi-family FOFW membership is available at a cost to the HOA/COA of $10 per unit per year.
